Yes, the Kocoono™ Shoulder Hug is suitable for children from the age of 4.
If your child is very small, we have also recently launched the Childrens Kocoono Weighted Blanket in the basic version. It measures 90cm x 120cm and weighs 3kg or 4kg. There is a detachable, removable cover that can be attached to the inner weighted blanket with the included ties - making it easy to wash!

The Kocoono Shoulder Hug has two fabrics to choose from
1. Super soft Minky on the upper side + 100% breathable cotton on the bottom side
The inner part:
- Weighted with glass beads that mould to your body and apply weight to the pressure points across your shoulders to help keep you cool and calm.
- Includes polyfill which ensures you feel nice and snug and adds to the cosiness.
- We also use silicone balls to 'plump' these up to create a cosy feeling.

Caring for your Kocoono™ Shoulder Hug is a breeze. Throw it in the washing machine at 30 degrees Celsius (we recommend putting it in the washing machine in a pillow case to protect it), then air dry to maintain its plush comfort. You can pay in 3 instalments with no fees. 'Pay in 3 instalments' is an alternative to traditional credit but without any interest, which allows you to split your purchase into 3 payments. These payments will be automatically withdrawn from the debit/credit card you have on file with us every 30 days until the full order amount has been paid. You will only need to pay the first instalment to receive your item.

Returns & Refunds
Return policy for Kocoono™ shoulder hug.
The Kocoono™ Shoulder Hug can be returned within 100 days or purchase, please read our refund policy for further information.
It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that they enter their shipping and order information correctly before submitting it - we typically cannot cancel your order.
But do know that we will try to help you accordingly so send an email to info@kocoono.com if you have further questions.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Your refund will be issued within 14 days of the items being returned.
Note: *We do not offer a refund on the shipping fee for return items) The outgoing shipping cost is deducted from the refund amount (approx €8.00)
** If you tried our swapit service and wish to return your Kocoono at a later stage, the costs for the shipment of the swapit and original shipment cost will be deducted from the refund amount.
If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within a certain amount of days.
